50 Shades of Grigio

A purry hello from Grigio, the Jet Set Gypsy mascot!

Ha! This page is likely not what came to mind when you read the title. It’s dedicated to Grigio, the Jet Set Gypsy’s uber-photogenic and entertaining feline mascot!

This guy first came onto the scene several years ago when he adopted me, and he’s been a constant companion ever since. Smart, cool, friendly, playful, and a great mouser, Grigio is an awesome housemate. I first named him Pinot Grigio (as a play on words, since that’s a white wine, and Grigio /gree-joe/ actually means grey in Italian). His breed is Russian Blue, and they are known for their silvery grey-blue coats and somewhat dog-like personalities.

Since I’m always snapping pictures of his smile-inducing antics and regal poses, I thought, just for fun, I’d share some of them. They say looking at pictures of kittens and other animals increases people’s happiness and productivity. I don’t know if there are stats to back that up, but it sure can’t hurt! … And now, … here’s Grigio!
